Our Services
How do you test for mold?
We start with a visual inspection and use moisture meters, thermal cameras and humidity gauges to find possible mold and hidden moisture, especially after water damage and in crawl spaces, attics, walls and flooring. If more testing is needed, air testing can show what type of mold is present and whether spores are circulating in the air.
What does mold remediation involve?
We find the affected areas, contain them to stop the spread, remove damaged materials, and clean and dry the space thoroughly. Depending on the job, that can include HEPA vacuums, air scrubbers, containment barriers and anti-microbial treatments. We also address the moisture source so the mold doesn’t come back, then handle any repairs or reconstruction. Learn more about mold remediation.
Can you be discreet for trauma cleanup?
Yes. We handle trauma cleanup and biohazard cleanup with discretion and respect, and unmarked vehicles are available on request.
Do you install leak prevention systems?
Yes. We sell and install leak prevention systems that help catch and stop water leaks early, before they turn into water damage. Contact us to learn more.
Do you take remodeling jobs without insurance?
Yes. We take remodeling and general contracting jobs whether or not insurance is involved.
